Saw this posted on Whedonesque. Apparently, we are going to get season eight of Buffy in the comics from Joss, himself. I'm not sure how I feel about this as Spike was with Angel in Los Angeles at the time.

I wonder how Joss will deal with the Immortal? Also, does Buffy know Spike is alive? comics, buffy season eight

if it ever gets in print *points to Spike Movie* even when comics are cheaper to produce.
