After the usual Saturday shopping and running around, we drove down to Livermore (about an hour away) and checked out the area. We parked and had lunch at a place called El Caberello (Mexican - sp?). Just got an email from John Wells, our creator/producer/etc. of Waterloo. He has hired three guys to unload and then reload our equipment for our gigs. I think the 1 a.m. - 5 a.m. load in and the 11 p.m. to 3 a. m. load out up at Tahoe made him realize that it's better if someone else does the heavy grunt work. In a few hours, we will be heading over to the hill and up to Tahoe. It's been years since I've been to Tahoe and even longer since we've stayed there overnight. The last time we stayed at Harrah's, it was our honeymoon and the restaurant 'The Summit' has been replaced, as has our favorite restaurant, the Top of the Wheel.
