None! I don't like maraschino cherries! I always hand mine over to Ray!
I haven't had leg cramps for quite a while, but I've had them in the past. I think the cramps are due to dehydration. I've increased my water intake, so I wonder if that's why they've improved.
OMG - I skated a lot with that kind of roller skates. I didn't like them because often they'd come loose from my shoes, no matter how tight I'd attach them. If they fell off - I fell down!
I do off and on. Usually if I am not getting enough sleep. Or should I say even less then I normally get. I just try to stretch out my muscles when it happens.
I never had any of those. When I was a kid we actually had a roller skating rink in town. I went a couple of times. Hugs, Jon
Zero? I find them unpleasant these days. Which is odd- when I was a child I'd eat the damn things out of the jar. Not often. I only get them in summer, when it's really hot, and I'm working in the sun (especially if I'm crouching on the slanted rocks of one part of our client) When they hit at night I'd get up and take a potassium tablet.
I didn't learn to skate- my mother said I'd fall and smash my head open. I did get to skate once as an adult, at a indoor place. I was starting to get the hang of it when the time ran out.

I haven't had one in thr calf in a while. I've been tending to get them in my feet... i hope I didn't just jinx myself.
Yes, I did. Oh, be still my childhood memories!
