So, Friday we went over to Barb's for dinner. She didn't do an authentic Tunisian dinner because she didn't like the food all that much. (didn't surprise me at all). She made a fabulous meal starting with a copped salad of cucumbers, olives, tomatoes and onions, then followed with short ribs and rutabaga, then followed with ricotta cheese

Mmm, I love short ribs!

I would be annoyed not having time to shop when travelling, too. Finding and bringing home items that remind you of your adventures is one of the fun things about travelling!

I do like to shop on vacation, but not if it’s the only focus. And vice versa.

I'm on a tight budget, so rarely buy things while traveling, but I adore browsing and window shopping. It would be a shame not to have time to do that.
