1. How many hours a day/night do you usually sleep? I want it to be 8, but usually it's about 6. And that's on a good night.
2. What do you do when you can't sleep? Read, deep breathing, or just give up and go downstairs to watch Netflix until I konk out.
3. How often do you devote time to just thinking about something? WAY too much - I get a little obsessive over the "what if's" in my life.
4. If you had to choose one person to never talk to again, who would you choose? My ex boss, who was finally let go after a huge, nasty harassment suit. Just hearing her name triggers PTSD like responses from me. If I never see/hear or hear OF her again, I'll be happy.
5. If you had to choose one person, NOT your significant other, who you would speak to every day for the rest of your life, who would you choose? My stepdad. He was such an important figure in my life, and was gone way too soon. I wish I could tell him about my kids, my life, etc. He died 3 months before my wedding day, and I've missed him ever since.

I figure he has his life and stuff to do - he's busy and I'm okay with that. He knows where to come if he needs something.

4. If you had to choose one person to never talk to again, who would you choose? It’s a tied between my daughter in-law, our youngest son’s wife. and my sister in-law my sisters wife.
5. If you had to choose one person, NOT your significant other, who you would speak to every day for the rest of your life, who would you choose? My best friend Carol Ann who passed away suddenly. She laid down to take a nap and passed away inn her sleep. We use to talk some days 5-6 times a day it Now it is my. Now it would be my other best friend Kath. She always makes me laugh. 🙃

I think, these days, it's about 4 or 5. Not enough, so I do, on occasion, nap in my recliner.

Way too much. Like, when I should be sleeping. That's when I invent all kinds of stupid scenario's.
