WILD Preparation and 30 Days of Music: Day 30

I ventured into the town centre today to see if I could find anything vaguely interesting to photograph for WILD (Where I Live Day) weekend, which is looming large on the horizon ie next Saturday and Sunday. When I took Kai for his walk earlier I was wondering what to take the pics of on Saturday ... but didn't get the excitement you did - the white sox, or the men in uniform!

It was totally exciting - I was so glad I had my camera in my hand. And something made me feel quite faint - you can guess whether it was the socks or the men in uniform. :D

Interesting to see what apparently passes as panic in Northampton!

Yes - lord knows how many fire engines they'd send if a really big building was on fire. o_O

(Most bystanders were more interested in peering in the shop door to see what was actually on fire, until Cuthbert or Dibble put up some red and white stripy tape.)
