2018!
I'm happy that 2017 is almost over, just one more day! This year wasn't horrible, it was just pretty low-key and mostly uneventful. 2018 is going to be jam packed with stuff, so I'm a bit excited that things will really begin picking up in two weeks ( Read more... ) -
Pretty cool story
I was getting ready to close out a case today and wanted to call the client to make sure she was happy with her items. I helped this client obtain hearing aids and she's been so patient and really a joy to work with through this arduous process ( Read more... ) -
