Sometimes I give up on making icons altogether because, comparative to others (such as your wonderfully creative self! :) ) my style is so simple. I love seeing what other people do-and using them!-but it's just not something that I personally do.

I absolutely love this film. I was going through a spell where I wasn't sure if I was becoming jaded (because I was seriously unimpressed with a lot of the films I'd been watching lately) with the film industry.

Then I watched this and I knew it wasn't me. :D

I think it also has something to do with the fact that it shows the Australian landscape in a way that I understand and love. Very beautiful, and very inhospitable if you take one wrong step. It's worth it for that alone, I believe. :)
