Scared is okay. Scared is natural! Just recognize that you can act *despite* your fear, and all will be well. I am standing beside you, holding your hand. You can do anything you set your mind to. :)

Thanks so much for commenting. Remember, you can always e-mail me with a question if you have one. *kissy*

Print this out and stick it to the wall where he could read it ;D

Re the tape recorder, you might have to let him know he's being recorded - not sure about the legalities of that.

I'd say, print out a copy of the sexual harassment policy, highlight the relevant part regarding "hostile work environment" and drop it anonymously on his chair. *evil grin*

Re the tape recorder: The workplace is not a private space; it is a public space. That's why your employers can monitor your e-mail and such. Let your lawyer worry about the legality of the tape recorder, if you get one. Because the first thing the lawyer will tell you is to get documentation and incontrovertible evidence of the harassment.

Hi, I don't meant to intrude, I wound up here through a friend's journal.

I just wanted to say that what you've written is amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for articulating it the way you did.

Auntie Kali, you rock =)
