Oh my Lord, it certainly sounds like the Collor Plan, which froze private assets of a great part of the population to control the inflation. It was chaos and it sucked so much it ended with the impeachment of the president. Oh darling, I really hope things get better over there! :/ There must be something the population can do, the government is getting crazier by the minute!
