So all of this stuff with people being sick is over now.
[Pause. Asuka's seen a lot of people upset about everything that had gone down, whether they'd been a part of it or just seen the destruction or if they'd died or lived and killed. He wants to make them see that it's all right now. But while he's good at talking to people one-on-one, speaking into nothingness now, knowing that everyone will hear his words now... that's difficult. Kaz had always been the one to make any speeches, not him.
But he also feels like something needs to be said.]
A lot of things happened while the barracks were closed off. Some people died. Some people killed. A lot of people were hurt, and I mean both physically and mentally. But... I guess that isn't permanent here. Death, I mean. Not that that makes it better, but to those of you who killed--it's okay. They're alive again now. So you didn't really kill them.
To those of you who died--it's okay, too. You're alive now, and that's the important part.
If you turned into one of those zombie things and attacked people... it's not your fault.
It's okay. It's gonna hurt for a while, but you've got friends to turn to while you're here. Don't shut everybody out, yeah? And if anybody wants to talk about something, let me know.
