Nair

For anyone who's interested in using Nair:

When they say, "do not leave on skin longer than 10 minutes," they aren't fucking around. Get that shit off in 10 minutes.

idiocy

Eee, I'm sorry... there isn't any lasting damage, is there?

Nope, just MINOR chemical burns that are pretty much exactly like the razor burns I would have aquired shaving. Haha

Unless you have the super-hair on yer legs.... then it's time for application #2 the next day...

but on yer thighs or...other areas? Oh yea. 10 min max.

related - I have found that Avon's hair remover doesn't burn as much, and works as well as Nair/Neet. And burns little in bikini area.

Yeah, I kinda sorta just forgot. Wasn't watching the clock. I'm really loving the Nair now. Much easier than shaving or waxing, and the results are better too.

I'll have to look into the Avon stuff. You say it burns only a little in the bikini area? As opposed to what? Is Nair like a horrible firey sensation cuz I was gonna try that next...

Ack. Nair is the DEVIL. I can't use it at all, even if I follow the directions. :-(

Awwww...really? I'm sorry. I really like it. Are you allergic or something?

I think I am in fact allergic. It never removes hair like it's supposed to, and it makes me itchy and occasionally gives me a rash. I finally gave up on it after several failed attempts. lol

That bites. My only problem with it is that you're only supposed to use it once a week, but my hair grows in faster than that.
