WAIT HOLY SHIT THAT IS WHEN WALTER KIDNAPPED HIM ISN'T IT!!!

Yep. Gotta be.

Better still...you know how Peter said he'd had nightmares as a child, and Walter helped him forget them? What do you want to bet that that was the recurring nightmare--meaning that what Peter remembers as "one of the few times in my childhood that Walter helped me" was actually Walter getting Peter to forget what happened to him?

Oh--and did you notice the poster in Peter's room, of "Challenger Mission 11, June 28 1984"? Never existed. (No, Challenger didn't explode until '86, but there was no mission in June of '84.)

I saw it briefly but didn't see the details; Hulu is a wonderful thing.

I completely agree with you on the John Cho-ness of John Cho. :)

Fringe was a little deja-dreamy-vu. I totally loved the whole business card thing though, that was awesome, cheesy in a good way.

YAY to Peter having the bad dreams-but-oh-no-are-they-memories? I loved the use of the mirror for what is surely a memory of Walter stealing Alternate!Peter from what could be said to be a *mirror* universe, lol. Yes yes yes. :)

I really need to open these Supernatural DVD sets at some point ans see what all the fuss is about.

I enjoyed this episode much more than last week. I think the writers were less heavy handed in Sam's redemption arc and the jokes flowed much better than all the Paris Hilton stuff. And while I think the anti-christ was a far too powerful figure to throw into the mix, I think the young actor did an awesome job and there were a lot of great moments in the show.

Haven't seen Fringe yet but looking forward to it.

I love that this show will go to the wacky places like making things like "Your face will freeze that way" come true.
This show really has decided no place is too wacky to go, hasn't it? Hehe.

Haven't seen this week's Fringe yet, but just caught last week's, and are they REALLY hinting at playing this 'Peter-is-actually-ALT-Universe!Peter-who-Walter-stole-when-Real!Peter-died' thing? Because I'm not sure what I make of that! But I think it could be severely awesome!

Er, I believe that's pretty much canon since the finale or so. I think Walter visited Real!Peter's gravestone or something.

HAHAHA, REALLY? I'm so clueless when it comes to watching this show! I do vaguely remember the grave thing but at the time I just figured he had done something horrible to bring him back from the dead or something? I don't know, my mind never went to, YES HE ACTUALLY DIED. AND THIS IS AU!PETER. Guess that's what happens when I watch this show in such a vacuum off-season! But awesome twist for Abrams then!

That was a pretty awesome chase scene. With the running! And the jumping over shit!

And getting taken out by a door! And menacing!pit!bull! (To which I said, "Awww, puppy!" when I saw it.)

Any aspect of your future, however small, what if you knew it to be true? Truly believed that that is what the future held for you? It would have to turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy, wouldn't it?

So far, though, we've seen that Beard!Guy's exhumed daughter was proved by DNA to be his daughter. Obviously, I don't think we've seen the end of that flashforward at all, but going strictly by what the show has told us, at least one flashforward can't be true. (I expect that to be turned on its head, though, and proved true.)

I'm not sure how much I actually like Mark. I mean, he's the Jack of the show, so I imagine fandom will get to hating him or somethingWell, he's kind of obsessed with the crow thing. Granted, we the viewers know that there's something weird in Somalia, but he doesn't know anything more than the fact that a lot of crows died in ( ... )

But that's just it, though. My point is it doesn't matter whether these flashforwards are TRUE as long as the world believes they are. Maybe that's part of the Why. This could be the most elaborate prank/social experiment of all time.

I said, "Oh my god, is EVERYONE from Lost going to show up?"
Hee. Well, I already knew about him.
