Sometimes I look through old journal entries and see these great lines and wonder if it's okay to steal them for actual stories or books later. They deserve to be seen by a larger audience! For instance, my last post contained the following line, re: my car:

Overall, I think the show does seem to want to tackle issues of identity and what makes us who we are, which are themes very dear to me, but it's going about it in a very uncomfortable-to-watch way, which is why it's going to get cancelled.

Get outta my head! I like the ideas behind the premise, but I don't think it's possible to tell a serialized story where human trafficking is the central theme and is being used to teach A Message.

At least FOX didn't cancel it halfway through.

BWAHAHAHA. Not that the episode was funny in and of itself, but man that is some quality crack. I'm going to have to play DVD catchup when this is all over for sure.

Also, poor Dollhouse. I want to watch -- but when even the bigger Buffy/Angel/Firefly fans are all kind of squicked by it, and it's on Friday nights... doomed. Doomed, doomed, doomed.

For putting Gaeta in front a firing squad for (sensibly) resisting an alliance with the Cylons, and then suddenly telling Chief "KEEP YOUR CYLON COOTIES AWAY FROM MY SHIP."
