I added "misanthropology" to the list last weekend. It's the study of why people suck :)

"Rape free zone" tape draws controversy

Supposedly this tape "plays on stereotypes linking fraternities to sexual assault," but now all sorts of other places have been declared "rape free zones," such as my dorm. Please tell me this is a hoax

...on second thought, the "women were designed for homemaking" bit makes sense. I know I wasn't designed to do laundry, so someone must be. Otherwise, why did God give us laundry? Doesn't he have the power to create a world where clothes stay clean?

Was Saddam a prisoner?

I think he had some things a prisoner wouldn't. Such as $750,000 and a pistol.

(To be fair, the author mentions those items - I think he's implying Saddam's captors dropped them and ran. However, he does not say why they would leave them in Saddam's possession, or why they would have $750,000 in cash to begin with.)
