I went to an appointment to check out my ankle this morning. The doctor was nice except the whole "This is orthopedics, it's supposed to hurt" part. She was like, "I am not going to call it a broken ankle...yet" and sent me off to x-rays. Everyone get to enter into my life with a base amount of respect from me. I'm an innocent until proven guilty kind of person and I have the scars to prove it. I just wish certain people would go through the trouble to show that they aren't worthy of respect with proper haste. With an amazing thunderstorm, Seattle's summer has ended. Yes, I know it's not fall yet but for all intents and moisture we've lost our sun. I find I don't mind.
