Found an article on Yahoo when I went to check my mail about Pirate costumes being number 1 this year. Which didn't surprise me one bit, because heh, I'm on that band wagon too. But I can deffinatly concur with this statement:

It sounds like that costume's really gonna rock! Expensive as it is, I'm sure in the end it might be worth it, if you're going for the authentic Jack Sparrow look. XD

I'm that way too, though. I don't like to wear a costume, unless I can get it to look like what I'm trying to impersonate. In this case, I'm going as Natasha Moonbeam this year. lol. Got the clothes, I'm still debating on dying my hair a really dark blue with sky blue streaks. That would work, if I could dye it right. The mint green skin might be a stretch, though. XD I might not go that far.

But I will NOT be wearing a false bear and moustache because it will look creepy.

LOL. I don't blame you. Anyhow, sounds like it's shaping up wondefully! Good luck on getting it finished in time for Halloween. :D
