Tho' I believe Vampire Knight it had something to do with Kaname(err... it was a long time ago) having his own loyal army of subordinates to keep an eye on for other vampires and stuffs, but anyhow...

Thank you =3 Yeah I think it wa something like that, they want to promote Human-vampire relations. Apparently the best way to do that is to keep both races entirely separate and then bore the vampires to tears at school.
