EL-OH-FREAKING-EL Final Fantasy XIII is not a PS3 exclusive! It's still not playable on a system that I actually have (I won't have enough money for a PS3 until about 10 years from now when they're marked down to $100, and I'm pretty sure the Xbox 360 is out of my budget as well), but it makes me laugh to think of all the fanboys who's dreams have ( Read more... )

It's new for the people that have cable but no internet connection? I enjoyed re-watching that episode today (err, yesterday), I had forgotten parts of it. But yeah the whole Canada-released thing is more than a little fucked up. >/

Also the anime faces are starting to bug me. ): It's the placement of the eyes, I think. Something feels off to me. That and I feel like the faces could be more expressive than they're being. I want to say it's that the eyebrows and mouths move to convey an emotion but the eyes are an unchanged shape, and it makes the emotion more stiff? But I didn't track it, so I don't know.

This is true! And yeah, it was fun to re-watch, even if the commercials were quite spoiler-iffic :/ I kept having to explain things to my sister, though, since she never watches Avatar unless I'm around.

Some of the artists are okay, but I didn't like the style of this episode :/ The noses were awkward or something. That said, I do like the style a lot more than a lot of American action cartoons. Those seem even stiffer to me.

I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking they were giving too much away with their advertisements. Just because there's been a leak online doesn't mean the rest of us are against having something more HINT HINT IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME BUT WE WON'T TELL YOU EXACTLY WHYYY. Haha, "Who's been drawing you lately?" I switched to Nicktoons Network where they're running back marathons of Avatar and the faces were suddenly fine to me. So apparently the faces aren't a constant? But yeah, I too like the style more than a lot of American action cartoons.

Oh and Sarah and I agree that last night's episode was awesome, and I understand why you wanted us to watch it online. xD

WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING WITH AVATAR? They said they were going to show something on July 14th, did it happen? Did I miss something?! I've seen up to The Ember Island Players, which I think was the last new one. I think The whole OMG LOL SOZINS COMET is going to happen soon? EH? I'm lost.

But to answer your question, Nick finally began releasing the end of Book 3 on Monday. Tonight is an hour-long showing of The Boiling Rock, parts 1 and 2, at 8. So all you've missed is seeing those episodes on TV

And Sozin's Comet is going to be a movie that plays this Saturday at 8!
