Hear hear to all of this! My favourite parts:

I have to memorise this phrase and whip it out at unexpected moments. :D

This has so much resonance for me, in so much more than work. I love it when I get a glimpse of permission to do what I *feel*, and not what I *think*. My mind thinks it's so damn clever.

I don't think it's so much a case of trying to to be, as it is about *letting* yourself be.

Yes, I think "letting" is a more appropriate word than "trying", thanks. I am feeling quite buoyed up at the moment, the energy and enthusiasm of everyone at the study day has left me with a definite "we can do it!" vibe.
