Despite the cracky situation, this does make me feel very sad for Rorschach :( He's empty? Dan, you know what to do!!!

Also, enjoyed Dan's reaction after realizing his partner has just laid eggs. Do they need water? xD

Also, after all the mpreg babies (well, okay, my Adrian was a freaky fishthing who could change, like fish do) it's interesting to see someone do dud eggs, since it happens to a lot of species.

Aw, poor Virginschach and his empty eggs. Now that Dan has finally done him, will the next batch be frogmen or salamandermen or more fishmen or what? And the whole 'soft spot for kids' thing is now unbearably fucking poignant.

He didn’t. He contented himself with stroking them gently. There was a faint crooning sound somewhere, It was probably him.
