Hmmm... well it's been my own personal experience that when I rushed into something I wasn't completely sure about, it all failed miserably. But that may just be me - it seems I am completely unstable as far as mood goes, so that may not apply to you at all. If you don't get in, I know you'll feel like a failure, but really try to rationalize it. I mean seriously, the only reason you wouldn't get in is b/c you waited too late to turn the stuff in - and that was obviously a result of you just not being sure yet. And that's ok. You don't have to be sure or ready. I'm feeling very confused career-wise too. I can't decide b/t nursing school, grad school, or an internship. There's just too many options, pros, and cons for each thing, so I know how ya feel! Anyway, I hope that helped a little at least! Btw, keep the faith - it helps!

I have to agree - it's perfectly OKAY if you don't get into schools this year (because you put off apps because you weren't sure!). One year, in which I am 100% certain you will be way too productive, is nothing. You've got time. Or... you use your time well, anyway :)
