You should, it's kind of great.

One of the things Amelie does to spice up her life is to avenge people who've been picked on. She passes by this produce stand every day, and the mean owner is always picking on his worker, a young man who is a bit slow. One day the owner is yelling at the guy in front of a group of customers, calling him braindead and a vegetable and whatnot. Amelie wants to stick up for the kid, but she never knows what to say in those types of situations, so she imagines that someone is feeding her lines. So she yells at the produce stand guy that he could never be a vegetable, "because even artichokes have hearts!"
