I highly doubt he minds me staying later! I don't have set hours, but I do have deadlines. I normally try to do 9am-5pm (sometimes I arrive for 8.30), but I still have to work at home if I'm behind.

I am mortified I entirely missed the wedding - was ill, overworked with contract stuff, overstretched, and basically stuck in my rabbit hole. A poor excuse, I know.

Forecasts predict a cooling down tomorrow:) Took me 2 hours to water a dying garden late last night. You probably inherited your dislike of heat from me - sorry!
