It's the hardest thing, losing a pet you've loved for so long... my sympathies, and a tail quiver from the cats.

It's the hardest thing to just let them go but it's also the kindest thing because they aren't suffering anymore.

I knew this was a very real possibility when I drove him to the vet's this morning. I could see him losing ground more and more every day. It was the kindest thing, but I'm still totally heartbroken.
