Yeah... bottling things up isn't good. A big explosion would be worse though, even though it would feel good to be letting it all out and finally being relieved. Takes patience to resolve a lot of build up of hate and stuff. I'm still bottling shit up, lucky I have a big bottle eh? Chin up Lamo, you'll be just fine x
