In the new issue of TV Guide (dated Feb 20 - March 4), Southland's February 21st episode is highlighted with a short article "What Makes Sammy Run?"  Shaw Hatosy was interviewed for the piece and talks about Sammy. I was going through my magazines this afternoon and saw it. Good thing I did so - I've been ignoring the TV guide recently!

I submitted the scanned article today and was told it was in moderation. Am I the ONLY one member being put in moderation? Do you know, Hinako?

I'm one of the moderators too but I didn't see the moderated post email until until after made my entry. There have been other posts recently that have been sent to the moderators. The only similarities I see between the moderated posts is that they contained outside links. This happened to me on another LJ account I sometimes post to so maybe it's a new LJ thing.

And yes it is definitely a spoiler which is why I put it behind an LJ cut that reads "spoilers" to warn the people who may not want to know the info.

Could be. I looked at the community's profile info this past week and it said "posting access: open all members". Thus, my confusion over the suddenly moderated posts. And I posted an outside link last week that did not go to moderation.

I apologize. I clicked directly to it from my Ipod Touch; not until I was on the pc did I see the spoiler cut.

I did a little research and there is something called a whitelist. If an external link is not on this list, the post sometimes gets sent to the mods. Each LJ community is different and it's a part of the community's settings. I did check everyone's individual access and everyone is listed as "unmoderated." So if you get another moderated post, don't worry! It's just the LJ gods being picky. It's been going on for about a week or so.
