I think that I'm going into Ninja Mode this weekend as Viet calls it. meaning no contact with anyone, phones turned off, etc this weekend. theres jus to much going on and i keep messing up. this way, if i mess up at all this weekend, you can't know about it.

ive went 2 meets without throwing now, and its driving me absolutely insane. the dr said i could take off the soft cast in about a week to see how it feels. Well a week is Thursday..AKA the hastings meet. and after last weeks meet i AM going to throw there this week. im completely making me miserable not throwing or doing anything else for that ( Read more... )

gotta definately hit 30 tomorrow. are we the only city school goin, that'd give a lot more insentive to it. just hope i dont kill the wrist. heck, i dont care, ill do it anyway, gotta hit over 30 this year, too bad chris was the only one to see me do it today at practice.

im really disappointed with myself today. i know i got 4th place , but i throw farther then that. 26 feet 10 inches?! no i throw 28+, today was just not good. i was thinkin about other things, && just wasn't there.
