So after a long hiatus I've decided to start keeping a journal again. So the biggest change by far is the fact that I am currently living in the UK on a 2 year visa(whether I stay here for that long is still in question). Man tries to settle a bill with a drawing, pure gold

Had to work through it but was a pretty good night, had about a dozen photos taken by customers and ended up winning best dressed staff member. which got me half a case of smirnoff/guranas :)
All in all a good night with many people impressed with the simple costume.

Started a new job at a Pub last week as a glassy, hopefully get some bar exp soon too. It's a nice change to be front of house and no longer doing warehouse stuff, hard work but it's one of the attractions. So far it's exceeded my expectations, all the staff are lovely and the pay rate seems to be awesome and, and they've paid me already, it's like ( Read more... )
