Aren't I always sparkling though, West?

So then, you are another year older. [He can't say 'May you have a thousand more' because that's just gauche. Germany hands over a plate of cake instead.]

Dag nab it, where am I?
Today, she winds up near Death City Heights and is looking at the strange sign outside…

He spotted the woman as he set the items down, and saluted smartly. "Good day. You are here to visit?"

“To visit?” she repeated uncertainly. The man was a stranger so she wasn’t sure why he thought she might be coming for a visit. And having been shunned in her hometown for her abilities, it still seemed like a small miracle when she was invited into people’s homes.
“Actually, I was just looking around the city and got turned around.”

Too happy, actually. Germany didn't usually give his brother's wilder tendencies notice, but he figured it wouldn't hurt for today. Unfortunately, Germany didn't elaborate on what Preußen might do if he saw an actual guest among them. She'd know soon enough.

At the very least, he's not likely to get too lost if you blindfold him and plop him in one of the lower quarters.
He's familiar enough with his neighborhood of the residential district now that the strange sign arrests him for a moment on his walk; he blinks curiously at it and idly wonders what kind of birthday celebration here could possibly go on for so long.]

Good day. [Have an entirely serious face.] I am Germany -- you are that boy from training, ja? Today is my brother's birthday, and we are giving away cake and beer.
[Wait, you might be underaged.] Or coffee, if you do not take alcohol.

Have a bow.]
Good day, Sir Germany. My name is Allen and, um-- [he's not quite sure what to do with the offer] --is it really all right? I'm not sure I'm acquainted with your brother...

Well met, Allen. And it is perfectly all right. This is for everyone. If my brother does not know you, then he will know you soon enough. [it doesn't make a difference to Prussia.]
