"I'm a generous guy so I guess I can share this time." Even though Prussia was smiling, his eyes were saying something else. They were daring the others to say what they needed to say. Questions? Pff, he was ready for them. He was not afraid to answer. It was obvious that England was extremely discontent and Spain was troubled by what he was seeing. So if they wanted to say something now, they could.
Especially since he now had beer. Delicious, cold, foamy German beer...

"He...really wanted you to go then, huh." Enough to force England against his will apparently. He frowned, exclaiming, "Well, it was a good thing that you didn't go!"
Prussia actually had to pause before he continued on. Thinking about that moment was hard! "It...wasn't something I wanted people to see, really." He did scream, and he definitely suffered. Like hell did he want other people to see that. If he had the knowledge to, he would have done the surgery himself so that even Winry could not see that pathetic side of him.
West was kind. Prussia could see that West was only trying to help. West cared about Prussia just as much as he cared for West. Still, that didn't make it completely right. Prussia had to make sure to give West a good talking to later.
