Colette was out getting groceries before dinner after she had finished work at Death by Pastry, on her way back to her shared apartment with Fuuka as she carried them home. Well, it wasn't really home, but it was enough to be considered a temporary one until this war was over and they could be returned by BREW at least.

She had been meaning to get in touch with Lloyd and Kratos to see how things were going, but with the missions and everything else she had been a little distracted lately. So it was rather convenient timing when she thought she saw Kratos and sped up to approach her 'bodyguard'. "Kratos? Um, it's me, Colette. I talked to you when you arrived, on the network."

A somewhat familiar voice derailed his train of thought. He slowed his pace and glanced in the direction it had come from around only to spot someone coming towards him. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be that girl from the other day.

Mentally thanking her for saving him the trouble of asking her name due to having forgotten to do so previously, Kratos nodded at her. "Yes, I remember." Normally, this would have been a great opportunity to speak with with her further, but a quick glance at the grocery bags indicated the possibility of her being busy. However, considering that she had been the one to approach him, there was something on her mind as well. "Is there something you need?"

Colette easily recognized the other, after all they had spent a long time in each other's company during the Journey since her grandmother Phaidra hired him as a mercenary, as her bodyguard. She hadn't entirely been sure what to make of him or the situation at first, but then it made more sense. If Kratos was there, surely there would be more chance of Colette succeeding and saving Sylvarant. But he couldn't recall any of that, from their initial conversation upon his arrival here in Death City.

"I just saw you and though...um, if you have any more questions I could help with. I'm just heading back to the apartment now, if you wanted to join me. I know it can be confusing at first. Especially for you, if so much time has passed since from what you knew and what I recall." Colette knew it could be disorienting, she herself had been plagued with questions and doubts until Lloyd had turned up, and even with what she heard from him and Emil she still had more, but was satisfied enough with knowing the basics of the outcome of her Journey

At her offer, Kratos couldn't help but feel as though fortune was smiling down on him tonight. Not only was she free, but she offered to answer any questions he might have. Perhaps Colette might be unable to clarify everything plaguing him, but at very least he wished to clear up somethings, the time difference she'd alluded to being one of them. Did he truly live for several millenia?

A moment passed before he nodded and responded. "So long as you are not busy, I would appreciate that."
