Still barracks, but it’s a very carpeted barracks... and the bunks have lace curtains.

[He stares at the beds. Kuroro's not that used to luxury, but he's had experience with high class hotels. None of them have put lace curtains around his bed, though.]

I want the lower bunk. [Stare...]

I don't really care either way. [Meaning he doesn't see the point in fussing over whether the top or the bottom is the better spot. Kurapika heaves his gear up to the foot of the upper bunk, toes his boots off, nimbly climbs up the ladder, flops down on the mattress and gives a muffled sigh against the pillow. He hasn't been sleeping well the past few nights.]

[Kuroro glances at Kurapika for a moment, before sitting down on his part of the bed. Pokes the curtain.] Did we really need tapestry for this?

Castle Proper

[They did say explore, so Kuroro's going to do just that, nevermind the random castle personnel that try to serve him everywhere they spotted him. He's slipped into another room, and is now looking at all... those... antiques...]

[Even though he'd rather keep to the barracks and try to catch up on his sleep, Kurapika knows better than to leave Kuroro to wander around a castle by himself, especially a castle such as Vaduz, loaded as it is with antiques and royal artifacts. Anyway, they're supposed to keep close to each other, aren't they? So he's following his partner at a more sedate pace, watching the way Kuroro is eyeing the paintings and the statues rather closely.]

[He picks one up -- a goblet, it looks like, slightly dusty. Rubs it with his sleeve, weighs it...]

Fireworks

[when night rolls around and these fireworks are under way- Sasuke doesn't look impressed. in fact, he's standing a small way apart from the gathered crowd, his arms crossed and a frown creasing his brow.]

[Hitsugaya's been staying with the group more than he likes, so a chance to get away a bit appeals to him. As he moves away, he sees Sasuke and goes to stand near him, looking over]

It's not your thing either, huh?

[he recognizes his voice, though he doesn't have a name for it. black eyes glance sideways at the fair haired boy, before returning to the display. he doesn't look pleased.]

[Maybe he tried to tell Sougo this wasn't why they're here. Maybe he tried to tell him he was being ridiculous. But naturally that didn't work, so Hitsugaya just watches him from the top, exasperated]
