[It's not truly close, as such, but this is certainly the closest Mello's been to Ljubljana since leaving when he was small. It may be a different world, but he's not unaffected by being back in Europe.

He approves of the Old World feel of the castle, and of course he gravitates towards the lower levels, the old dungeon. (This may or may not be because Near's been hovering, and Mello's getting tired of it, and seeks out the part of the castle he doubts Near would explore.) He chuckles a bit at seeing thumbscrews, and picks one up, weighing it in his hand. Too bad those were outlawed before his time.]

[Germany is actually kind of REALLY EXCITED TO BE HERE, as you can see from his face.

Yeah, that face.

His arm is off its cast and seems to be completely healed, although Germany still obviously favors his good arm over his right. He's carrying a bucket of water from the well, having already taken up conversation with the personnel there (German!!!) and decided to help in the kitchen. This may not be Deutschland, but it's close. Anyway, he and Österreich are good neighbors. Mostly.]

Ah, you are also here to get some kr-- cabbages? [There's an itch at the back of his head, but that is best ignored. Vegetables are more important.]
