The Oshu retainer was currently wandering around his section of the park, inspecting the fields. Was everything ready for the coming winter? He did not wish to lose his crops...

"Katakura-dono!" The boy's greeting was enthusiastic, brimming with the sort of vitality adrenaline provided. His steps came to a stop perhaps several paces too late, and though he had yet to realize, something green had been trampled underfoot...
"It is a pleasure to see you this day!"
Reply
"Yukimura." He dipped his head in greeting. "I trust that I find you well this day?"

"The match with Masamune-dono was most energizing!" Something hit him then. "But this one cannot shake the feeling that... there was something strange about Masamune-dono..."

Kuroro was bored. And being bored meant wandering the city, looking for something to do. He had started in the usual places -- Commercial district, the clinic -- and now he was in the park.
"You look happy," he observed, noticing the boy in the middle of his walk. Yukimura Sanada, his mind supplied for him as he looked at the kid's appearance. One of those people from a time far away, partner to that girl who baked things.

Yukimura wasn't sure he remembered ever having spoken to this man before, but he appeared friendly enough; Death City had yet to truly provide anybody Yukimura disliked (even Mouri).
"Yes! This one has just finished a session of sparring with Masamune-dono. The outcome aside, it is always a pleasure to duel The One Eyed Dragon!" An abrupt pause. "Ah-! Forgive this one's rudeness, my name is Sanada Yukimura!"
Wait, hasn't there been some confusion over his name because of a difference in culture?
"Ah. No. Yukimura... Sanada..."
Despite it being the same name simply backwards, it still felt foreign to his tongue.

"Kuroro Lucifer," he replied politely, smiling in his amusement at the kid's confusion. "Would you prefer to be called Yukimura or Sanada?"
Reply
Well, there might have been one or two issues he missed there.
"Yukimura shall suffice. It is an honour to meet you, Kuroro-dono!" He bowed then, bending at the waist; something he was perhaps a little too accustomed to doing. Paying such respects was not customary by Death City's culture, but old habits die hard.

"Yes. This one is called Yukimura Sanada, second in command of Takeda Shingen's forces." Not that his rank is of any relevance in Death City... "Might this one inquire as to your name?"

As the kunoichi finished her own training, she toweled off the beads of sweat that had formed along her body before discarding the piece of cloth and turning to leave. Kasuga had not realized that Yukimura had gone in the same direction until she catches him shortly ahead of her.
"Sanada Yukimura," she calls out politely as she nears, offering him a respectable bow as she stops just short of the young general.

"Kasuga-dono," he bows in return. "How are you faring this day?"

Eons later when they were finally done beating each other up, and his charge began to move away, the shinobi glanced over from his perch in the trees and fluidly dropped from the branch he had been lounging upon. He landed in his familiar, respectful kneel.
"Danna," he greeted, before rising to his feet and giving a more casual, amused look. "Seems like some things never change." It was reassuring to see that Death City hadn't changed either of them.

"I would not have them any other way, Sasuke. Are you well?"
Reply
"And you?" But he grinned more slyly and asked additionally, "How's Honda-san~?"

It hardly ever happened.
"She is.. fine." his eyes traveled elsewhere. "We are doing alright."
A change in topic was in order before his actions were read like a book. Not that that required any sort of special skill, of course.
"I have heard you acquired yourself a partner, Sasuke. How is it to act together with a shinobi from a different world?"
