[Okay, so that's not a direct answer to his question, but Lady's never had to deal with any serious structure. The main constant in her life no longer exists, and since then she's been on her own completely.]

[Mustang's asked you guys to bring some of the tables together - you'll have to stay outside, since Tassadar and Selendis can't exactly chip in if everyone else is indoors.

He's taking a place at the head of the table, ashtray and dcouments ready.]

ASSESSMENT

DOGS and the Watch have been operational for more than a month now. I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on how we've been doing and where we can improve upon.

[He leans back in his seat, eying the rest of you.]

I think there is a need to improve our standing with the public. What use is this if the very people we're looking after don't trust us?

[He's thinking about the number of pissed off people after that training exercise.]

Fair enough. [He knows why you're bringing this up.] I'm one to believe that our actions are the best way of doing so, but if you have suggestions?

POST-MEETING

[Now that everything's been said and done, Roy is back at the spot where he was during the lunch. Still smoking.

...This time, though, he's got a bottle of beer. There is more where that came from as well, for the interested.]

[ All this went better than expected. No awkward things mentioned, few awkward glances passed.

So Dojima's there, contributing his own trial of smoke as he makes his way to where his partner sits. ]

[While it's incredibly difficult to make eye contact, he does, at least, try to. If only to acknowledge Dojima's existence.

He's throwing in a smile too, for good measure. Small as it is.]
