[Now looking significantly less uncomfortable and unkempt compared to the early morning, Vergil makes his way over to where Mustang is. Initially he merely stands just to the side while he scans the assembled crowd from the better vantage point, assessing both overall numbers and individual members. He doesn't seem disappointed, aside from the subtle wince when he spies his brother.

After the brief pause, though, he gives a silent but discreetly meaningful look to indicate that he has a question for the Commander.]

[He smirks wryly in answer, before relaxing his expression again. He's talking to the Commander, so serious business.]

Just a question. In regards to the festivities for- [he can't quite suppress a grimace at the next word] -Oktoberfest, do you have any particular plans for the Watch, or will it just be normal patrols as intended?

[Vergil ambles over at some point during the briefing. He's showered and tried a couple of hangover cures, but his expression is unmistakable and he still looks a touch unkempt: he feels like utter crap.]
