Description: Aya takes her "sister" to the carnival once she realizes that she isn't hallucinating a floating island in the sky.

Uh -oh.
Eve hadn't meant to do it, honest. It was just one little mistake, a teensy tiny coincidental result of too much excitement and far too little sleep. If Aya happened to be privy to her thoughts at that moment though, she’d know that it wasn’t meant on purpose. Even as she flew out of the bathroom, hands behind her back until she was close enough to wrap them around Aya’s waist without her sister noticing, the little blonde still had every intention of making things right.
“Aya! You're back.”
It all started when she accidentally knocked a glass off Aya’s desk with a bony elbow, wincing as it clipped the edge of a draw left open just an inch too far. Crack Blinking for a good ten seconds in breathless silence, Eve shook her head regretfully, opting to gradually edge her way to the side of the desk chair, craning he neck to peer down at the shattered ceramics. Oh boy. From the looks of things all she could do was hope with all her might that it wasn't an expensive one. She didn’t want to sell an arm or a ( ... )

"Mad, huh?" Instead of starting an investigation and making her companion feel even more guilty, Aya took another route. The only time she could conceive of being mad would be if Eve had run outside and had been caught. Or if she had spoken to a stranger, but Aya had a feeling that wasn't the case.
"Eve," she began slowly, glancing around the room to make sure nothing seemed like it was about to set fire. Did she smell gas? No, that was ridiculous. "What happened?"
