I don't think many people like things that are beyond their control, it makes them feel uncomfortable.

I think the mall would be a good place, there are plenty of stores there so we are sure to find something that fits you and looks good on your.

Yes, look good on you. If you just wear things that fit and don't bother with how they look on you people will start to think you don't care about your appearance, and that leads to them thinking you don't take care of yourself. You should always take care of yourself, since looking good help you feel good, and feeling good is the key to being healhty.
