[Spirit comes into the screen looking a little frazzled but otherwise all right. His hair’s a little mussed, but at least he looks like he’s had a shower and a change of clothes! He’s talking to a mobile phone when he hits the video function of the communicator.]
--ibusen will cover the damages done by the guests--- what? You’re an insurance company, isn’t that-- wait! I said wait! If you hang up on me I am going to march right over and-- [He jerks his head back from the phone as an audible bang is heard from the other side, MUTTER MUTTER. And then he shoves it in his coat pocket as he returns his attention to the communicator.]
Right. Anyway. Man, you guys did a number on the city. [makes a face, but he doesn’t look particularly incensed] Shibusen will be covering
the damages done to the city and the infrastructure. Unfortunately, some of your numbers also totaled some of the Communal rooms-- so.
You guys might remember the old Death City Heights. We’ve been renovating it for a while now to serve as a second Casualty Communal, and I think now’s a good time to let you guys occupy it again. It’s been renamed to Creeping Crypt and the GPS and city location map have been updated with it. We’re also opening some units for partners in the Communal, so we can keep it protected when push comes to shove, etcetera. These have also been renovated to make them bigger.
[looks at a pretty crumpled piece of paper he apparently wrote a list on] Apaaaart from that, Shibusen has also been able to persuade some real estate agencies here to let the guests rent apartments if you want something different from the common housing we give you. You’ll need a bank account, of course, which is easy to get in the financial district, and we tried to get the apartments on discount. Unfortunately, you’ll have to shoulder the rent yourself, but the usual provisions for groceries and stuff still apply.
Last! You guys can get motorcycles here. No cars, the city’s not made for them. And you need to go through some classes and an exam on how to use them so the local traffic people will give you a license. Aaaand you have to pay for them, of course. [thumbs up] I suggest the Despa or the Dupercub. They’re cute! I have one of each!
[Before he’s even done with that, he’s already moving off muttering about paying the insurance company a visit.]
[Private to Clovis]
Hey hey are you all right? I’ll visit you soon, okey! I know how scared you get of things...!
[ooc: Check out the
residency page and the
locations page in the mod navigation list! All he’s talked about are there! Have fun moving! Aaand I will be gone for a day and some hours, so if Spirit doesn’t reply in a timely manner, it’s because he’s busy throttling the insurance agent.
(And I owe people tags! Uuuh I will do them when I am back! ♥ See you, sorry for fail. :'D)]
