So many have re-explained this place, but there must be things that have slipped through. For one, I have not seen those "links" as much - what has happened to them? ... I... suppose they are out of date, aru...... Nonetheless! They are still useful! And much time had been put into them, so they should be appreciated! For those of you with any ( Read more... )

[...Is China having an identity crisis? They were human here, of course, but...

Yes. No comment.]

Perhaps it's alright to let people decide for themselves, what they wish to eat.

If they knew better, aru, then they could decide for themselves. I would have no qualms with that.

It may be saying too much, but perhaps whether there should be qualms is also something others should decide.

Ah, Lithuania! [ pause, double-take. oh, right. you weren't actually dead. ] Have you seen Belarus, aru? She was here, as well.

Yes. During the sandstorm she arrived, aru. But I have not heard from her since then...

... I... am sorry.

Identity is difficult. But...I think that what you do and believe is who you are. Appearances and names may change, but what you stand for does not.

[he chuckles at the second question] Having trouble with nourishment?

Not everyone can boast such a thing, aru. Their beliefs shift like sand. What of them?

[ indignant huff! ] In this makeshift army, yes! Which is very despairing, aru, as this place is full of plenty.

I think that everyone can. I do not speak of political bents, or biases; I mean the core things that one would die for without a thought. All people have them.

[more smiling. man can he relate] Indeed. At home, we were grateful for whatever was sent our way. Beggars couldn't be choosers.

... Good, good. Though for most, that does not vary so much, individual to individual. Would you say an identity lies with one's community? Partly?

Perhaps that is how it is naturally meant to be, because people do not do so well when they can find anything that they want without having to work.

You offered it first at the moment, and for that, I am thankful.

Though I have to say, you have some really interesting questions to ask before bedtime. [amused!]

Ah. ... You are welcome, then.

It is best to satisfy curiousities before sleeping, aru. Do you have answers to propose?

[hmmms. smiles in the camera!]

I don't have a name. Everything about me is borrowed.

Though I suppose that doesn't really answer your questions.

No, it would not. [ frown! but not verbally. ] Unless you mean to say you believe yourself to have no identity at all.

Or one that is too patchwork.

...

But you cannot be saying anything of your eating habits, aru.
