I had some surprisingly nice tea while dealing with some fools the other day. I decided to open up a tea shop instead of an antique shop. That makes more sense to me, anyway. Customer. I'm already very busy with Watch work or I might have considered work.

Ah, the Watch. [Not disgust, but quiet amusement. He thinks its existence is hilarious.]

Very well. Do not expect anyone to be particularly polite or forthcoming with anything. This tea shop is meant to live as one should live. Customers and employees alike may act any way that they please. I have no desire to monitor them or myself, after all.

I see no reason not to have some food with it. I don't want to sit and enjoy my tea in my tea shop without something to eat while I watch everyone scurry about on this network.

No. That defeats the purpose of calling it a tea shop if any other beverage but tea was sold there. Furthermore, I have no real desire to drink coffee. It'd become something closer to a cafe, and that is not something that appeals to me.

Yes. The fools that scurry about goes well with a leisure afternoon.

What sort of food do you want served? I can cook, but what I am familiar with is only Edo-mae style Japanese. I am willing to learn whatever is necessary, but anything else will be a process of trial and error.
