I had some surprisingly nice tea while dealing with some fools the other day. I decided to open up a tea shop instead of an antique shop. That makes more sense to me, anyway. I see no reason why I should share any of the treasures that I should acquire in this world. They are, after all, meant for my viewing and no one else's

What sort of positions do you need filled in this shop?
[and you are planning to pay them, right? =__= if you don't care who works there she's rather leery over whether or not you'll care enough to PAY them.]

Very well.
What hours do you need and what is the wage you are offering?

[Hn... she would prefer to be home safely before dark, but this will leave her mornings free, so...]
How late do you plan? I am fully available during daylight hours and am agreeable to early evenings. If that is acceptable I need only to know where the shop is located and when you would like for me to start, though I will need a day at least to familiarize myself with the kitchen. I imagine the the appliances differ from those in Casualty Communal.

My name is Himura Tomoe, by the way. With whom am I speaking, and should I wait to hear from you further where the grand opening is concerned or shall I check back with you myself?

I shall mention the grand opening in a few weeks. You can come and familiarize yourself with the kitchen in that time. Whenever you wish. I feel no reason to monitor my workers. It's not trust, but an understanding that work will be done or not. So long as I have tea and my food while I am there, I care little about what is done.
