Description: Spirit needs to interview a certain prisoner.
It bothered him that he couldn't predict the movements of the witches anymore. He was stumped -- they were working with technology and targeting countries that they hadn't before, and all of his instincts screamed that the enemy was building up to something. It had Medusa's hand all over it, or some other witch who liked planning. This broke custom, and Spirit didn't like it.
Selendis and Karkat had brought information back after an investigation they'd gone to. It disturbed Spirit more than anything else he'd received, even more than the emitter of that other mission. He'd had his experts look the maps over, and all had agreed to ask Cybele about it. It was important to move fast, rather than mull on the information for too long -- the witch post had been abandoned for two weeks already, right? Something could happen to these places at any time.
Spirit braced himself as he tucked all the materials under his arm and pushed open the door to Cybele's dungeon. It was one of the more spacious one, in deference to the help she had given them before. Besides, lions couldn't fit under doors.
"Hey," he greeted as he walked in, resolutely trying to look mean and grumpy.
