"Bludgeon. Right." Leo hoped that the other couldn't hear the hysteric note in his voice as he inwardly cringed at the idea of letting somebody that close, scarred of what the other might get to know when they tried and resonated. What if it wasn't just enough but successful? What if he recognized him as the monster that Leo really was, without all the carefully constructed layers of humanity and morals that he wore like a mask so that he could bear looking in the mirror? (A mask that good he had even believed into it himself until it had been torn away from him that forcefully that day...) The human husk had been broken and Leo still didn't dare to wonder what it was that had emerged from it. That, what he was-Alucard had gotten half a step too close as that he could just shrug it off and not care about it anymore ( ... )

Sadly Alucard's calm words fell on deaf ears as Leo was busy -

"A facehugger! That was a goddamn fucking facehugger from above!! §$§%$§%//(&/ I'VE BEEN SOILED! DEFLOWERED!! DID IT BITE ME ANYWHERE?!! Batman help me check!!" - loosing his mind and making a fool out of himself. Brushing himself off and searching for any traces of possible deflowerment frantically, the Half wasted several good moments during which it was only his own entertainment value that saved his life before he managed to get anything resembling a hold of himself again.

Turning at the kishin egg, the lion bristled like a pissed off cat, yowling in rage. "YA GODDAMN FUCKER, YOU'RE GETTING THAT BACK!!"

Leo growled as he ignored all the comments from his weapon for the time being. Seeing that the thing had the guts to just try again reminded him of those particularly pesky slasher-guys that had thought that being a Half would make attacking any of their gang an easy target and he reacted accordingly - by hauling his weapon straight at where he suspected to be the creature's face!

"Oh yeah?! Ya better think again!!"

"Haha-H-Hey!!" Leo didn't get enjoy his success long as the creature tried to get away, taking the very route towards the waterway he'd come just moments before. Cursing under his breath he gave chase, hesitating only a moment before hurling the sword again, tossing it properly at the thing this time.

"Haha, hey, sorry, looks like we both got a bath in the en- Fuck!" Leo's grin vanished the moment he realized that the other wasn't just playing drama and he hurried to help Alucard out and away from the water."Dammit, what the hell?! Did it get you somewhere?!"

"The water?" Leo stops, mostly because there's apparently nothing he can do. That doesn't stop him from looking uneasy as he keeps scanning the area for more potential attackers, though, stealing worried glances toward the older man every couple of seconds. "I thought those 'ways to kill a monster' stories would be bull, considering that you're no real vampire. What about the 'it has to be holy water thing?"

"Hmph. A pointy piece of wood through the heart would be effective against any living thing." Leo watched him, half-expecting the dhampir to bite the floating ...whatever. and to suck it up. Seconds later he mentally kicked himself for the idea. One monster-guy shouldn't go prejudiced with the clichés on the other, right. "And I guess that's a good thing. ...in a way. At least as long as they don't need you while its raining. You look like a lobster."
