I'm feeling really not ready to go back and face Luther. I want so many more days back here with my family that I just can't have. We spent so much time between doctors offices and appointments and obligations that now I feel like I really didn't get time to just sit down and hug my mom and dad like I wanted. Yeah, sorry. Today was spent with my aunt and younger cousin from California. We checked out EMP and the SciFi Museum, which were fun. However, for how much space they take up and how much it costs for admission, you wind up expecting quite a bit more and are somrwhat let down, especially in the case of EMP. Shopping for winter boots has proven to be roughly as difficult as the search for the holy grail. All I am asking for is a pair of affordable, well-made, warm boots that don't look embarrassingly hideous - or outrageously furry. Oh my GOD. It is too cold for words out here. I mean seriously. This is friggin' ridiculous. I wore leggings out because I knew it would be cold and leggings usually keep me warm.... HOWEVER.
