So seeing how I love all things AU future Bella and Jake…I decided to make this one my next reading material :)

“You're home late”

Okay, that line definitely brought a smile to my face. Yay! Future Jake and Bells living together. Definitely a good start.

“Well that’s great Jake! Fucking fantastic! What am I supposed to do now?!” I growled out.
“Listen” he bit back with just as much force as he turned to glare at me in the half-light, “I didn’t conjure up this storm specifically to annoy you, so how about you try laying off!” he said turning away again. He pulled out a clean shirt, decided against it and threw it back into the cupboard aggressively.

I dunno why I like this part so much. Bella was being a bitch and Jake was snarky in response but it was just so real to me. I am always happy when I see Bella express other emotions and thoughts other than the glorification of Eddie boy. Only with Jake can she truly be herself and as we all know, not everyone is sunshine and rainbows all the time.

I truly think it is the best sign of a solid relationship when these bitchy moments, and these annoying moments, aren't make or break deals. That the couple endure and move on from them with ease.

Did you seriously just ask me that?!? HeeHee...something else about me I have a ridiculous memory. That and I did read Defining several times. You don't know how many times I put my foot in my mouth because I remember some ridiculous detail. I think one of my worst ones was at work at a psych hospital and I told a paranoid schizophrenic patient that I remembered them from their last visit. Yeah, that was the proof they needed that someone was out to get them. I believe they thought I was the devil after that trying to take them to hell (I kid you not) LOL. Thankyou. Yes I love that song. And when I wrote this, I was actually stuck in a blackout. So yes, lying on my bed in the dark listening to that song by candlelight was the inspiration for this fic. ;)
