While desperately procrastinating on my Sherlock Holmes BigBang story, I've been poking around at my fic archive page on Dreamwidth again, trying to wrangle all the links into something resembling order, and the process has left me thinking about how I'm going to handle fic posting in the future. It really just makes sense to post longer stories

It's weird (and awesome, don't get me wrong) to hear you say that, because it feels like I don't have much to say. I look at the people on my flist who post, like, three times a day, and I love reading it, but it just never occurs to me. I guess it's just that I mostly hash out real life stuff in real life, and when it comes to fandom drama there are always people who say things so much better than I could, so I just sort of read around and... don't post that much. I feel like if I had a phone with internet then it would probably be different because there's lots of little things during the day I find awesome or hilarious or traumatic, worthy of note, but by the end of the day I just don't think about it. It's weird.
