Klutsy
There are two concrete steps going from the kitchen into the garage; today I managed to slip down both of them and land on the concret floor, on all fours. Thank goodness I did not land on my butt, or I would have worse back problems than I do now. I somehow fell forward and landed on my knees and hands (how, I do not know).
This afternoon I have been resting my foot on a bag of ice (wrapped in a towel), my lower back hurts (more than normal), and both wrists and last two fingers on each hand are still tingly.
Thankful it was not worse; I could have hit my back & head on the steps, or I could have landed on the lawnmower that was just inches from my face.
