Weight and other matters

I have lost 5 pounds in about a week and a half. I'm up to 25 minutes of exercise on the elliptical trainer. I've perfected the art of the 1 point breakfast! Starting out my day with protein and no bread or sugar makes a real difference.

Great job on your weight loss progress!!!!

As for the rest of your week... Wow. I mean... I hear you - about being so busy. But, wow all the same. That's a major thing for Cass.
